SEATTLE — A 29-year-old motorcyclist died after colliding with a vehicle in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood Friday afternoon.
Shortly before 3 p.m., the motorcyclist was traveling west on West Nickerson Street. The vehicle was parked on the same side of the road, but facing the opposite direction. When the driver of the vehicle pulled out, he was trying to cross to the eastbound lane when the crash occurred near Eighth Avenue, police said.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
