No one in the vehicle was wearing seatbelts and an empty vodka bottle was found in debris outside the car, according to court documents.
ENUMCLAW, Wash. — A woman accused of vehicular homicide in a crash that killed her son early Sunday morning allegedly started drinking the day before her vehicle veered off the road.
The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said the crash happened near Enumclaw Sunday around 1:45 a.m. A woman called 911 and reported her 12-year-old son was dead after he was ejected from the vehicle.
