Three people left on the boat Wednesday morning and were expected to return that evening. The boat was recovered Thursday but the people were not on board.
NEAH BAY, Wash. — Three people are still missing, even though the boat they were supposed to be on was found by search crews near Neah Bay on Thursday.
The boaters departed Neah Bay at around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning and were supposed to return at around 8 p.m. that night, however, they never made it back. A search for the missing boat was launched sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
