A metal bar launched through the windshield and hit school bus driver Stewart O’Leary in the chest while he was driving on Feb. 7.
BELLEVUE, Wash. — A Northshore School District bus driver is back behind the wheel after he was hit by a piece of metal that smashed through his windshield and struck him in the chest earlier this month.
Stewart O’Leary was driving the North Creek High School girls basketball team to their game at Mount Si on Friday, Feb. 7.
During the trip down I-405 from Bothell to Snoqualmie, the metal object came flying toward the bus as O’Leary approached Bellevue.
