WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — A suspect was arrested for shooting and killing a man Saturday night after he tried to stop the victim from driving while intoxicated, according to the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called just before 10:30 p.m. to a home in the 8300 block of Valley View Road in Custer for a reported physical domestic incident. Officials found Angel Rodriguez, 52, dead inside the house with multiple gunshot wounds.
