SEATTLE — A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting at a West Seattle gas station earlier this month.
The Seattle Police Department (SPD) announced the arrest Monday morning, almost a week after it released images of man they said was involved in the homicide. Oton Garcia-Ruiz, 53, was shot around 8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 13 while he was inside his car at Shree’s Truck Stop on Detroit Avenue Southwest.
A vigil for Garcia-Ruiz was held on Oct.
