Man arrested after stabbing near Federal Way bus stop

The stabbing came just a day after a King County Metro bus driver was stabbed and killed after an altercation.

SEATTLE — A man is in custody after allegedly stabbing another man at a Federal Way bus stop Thursday, leaving the victim in serious condition.

Police said officers responded to a bus stop near the 27600 block of Pacific Highway South around 9:18 p.m. Officers arrived to the scene and found a 51-year-old man with a stab wound to his chest. Aid was performed at the scene, and the victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
