LYNNWOOD, Wash. — The Lynnwood City Council is looking for a new appointee to fill a vacancy after their original choice withdrew from consideration.
Former Council Member Julieta Altamirano-Crosby vacated the seat after she resigned to serve as the District 2 Snohomish County PUD commissioner in January.
Jessica Roberts, who was initially chosen to fill the vacancy, decided to step away before she was even confirmed after some Lynnwood residents took issue with her online activities, including modeling for an explicit website.
