Loved ones give final tribute to 13-year-old killed in Alderwood Mall shooting

The 13-year-old was shot and killed by a stray bullet after a fight broke out at the Alderwood Mall in early July.

LYNNWOOD, Wash. — Family and friends of 13-year-old Jayda Woods-Johnson gave their final, tearful tributes to the teen who was shot and killed earlier this month. The memorial service was held at the Community Life Center in Lynwood on Sunday.

Woods-Johnson’s loved ones said she was full of life. While her time with them was too short, her impact is lasting.
