If you take light rail on weeknights or weekends in the Seattle area, here are service changes you should know about.
SEATTLE — Link light rail service on the 1 Line in Seattle will be disrupted on weekday evenings and weekends through February as construction on a new station gets underway.
From Jan. 4 to Feb. 27, trains will run every 12 minutes instead of every 10 minutes on weekday evenings and for four full weekends. Trains will also run on a single track at the Shoreline South station, which could cause additional delays as riders wait for trains coming the opposite direction to pass through.
