Level 3 Evacuation issued in Rex Creek area of Lake Chelan due to Pioneer Fire

The DNR is responding to the Pioneer Fire located approximately 31 miles northwest of Chelan near the east shore. The fire is currently estimated at 300 acres.

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) issued a Level 3 Evacuation for the Rex Creek area and a Level 1 Fire Advisory for the North Shore of Lake Chelan between Canoe Creek and Meadow Creek.
