SEATTLE — The King County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 59-year-old man.
Kelvin Brooks was last seen around 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, when he was dropped off by a Metro Access vehicle near the 6800 block of East Green Lake Way in Seattle.
Brooks is described as 5-foot-9 and last seen wearing a black jacket, a Seattle Seahawks hat and jeans. He is considered to be a vulnerable adult with limited communication skills.
