King County pledges urgent aid as Los Angeles wildfires rage on

SEATTLE — The King County Council unanimously passed an emergency proposal on Tuesday to provide aid to Los Angeles as devastating wildfires continue to threaten southern California.

Councilmember Reagen Dunn, who introduced the emergency legislation, emphasized the urgency of the situation.
