Kent officers shoot at driver of stolen U-Haul

The suspect was uninjured and has been booked into the King County jail on multiple charges.

SEATAC, Wash. — A police chase with the driver of a stolen U-Haul van ended in a shooting at a SeaTac apartment complex overnight.

Just after 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, a Kent Police Department (KPD) police officer spotted a stolen U-Haul headed westbound on West Meeker Street. Officers signaled for the truck to pull over but the driver didn’t stop.
