Jury finds ex-Sumner basketball coach guilty on all 19 sex crimes charges

Jackson is now convicted of several serious crimes including sexual exploitation of a child, rape of a child, and child molestation.

TACOMA, Wash. — A jury found the former high school basketball coach charged with 19 sex crimes against his players guilty on all charges.

The jury announced its verdict inside a packed courtroom on Thursday afternoon, one day after beginning deliberations. Former Sumner High School basketball coach Jacob Jackson will be sentenced on March 20. 

Jackson is convicted of 19 counts including sexual exploitation of a child, rape of a child, and child molestation.
