TACOMA, Wash — A homicide investigation is underway in Tacoma after a man was found dead from gunshot wounds in the street.
Tacoma police say officers responded to an area of North 18th Street around 2:30 a.m. Thursday after reports came in about shots fired.
Officers found an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds in the street. Officers and fire personnel that responded to the scene performed aid but the man ultimately was pronounced dead at the scene.
