November’s bomb cyclone brought down the heavily reinforced Christmas decorations.
SEATTLE — Kent Stroker and Ryan Olson, the masterminds behind the popular 4040 House Light Show, had to cancel this year’s dazzling display after devastating winds from last month’s bomb cyclone tore down their work.
“We were about 90% done with the display when this happened. I was actually working in the garage when I heard the winds pick up,” Stroker said.
He heard some commotion and his worst fears were confirmed when he went to the front yard.
