Grieving father pushes to change state law after deadly crash involving speeding driver

RENTON, Wash. — Nearly a year after a high-speed crash claimed the lives of his daughter and three young children, a grieving father is turning his pain into action. 

Ted Smith is advocating for new state legislation that could prevent reckless drivers from exceeding speed limits.
