Gov. Ferguson pledges to return ferry system to pre-pandemic service by this summer

While the governor is taking action to restore service in the short-term, there are still many unknowns the ferry system will have to navigate in the future.

BREMERTON, Wash. — At a press conference in Bremerton Thursday morning, Gov. Bob Ferguson pledged a return to pre-pandemic ferry service by this summer, with the exception of one route between Anacortes and Sydney, B.C.
