SEATTLE — A man who once had his prison sentence commuted by a former Washington governor has been federally indicted on drug charges.

Percy Levy, who had a 20-year prison sentence commuted in 2019 by Gov. Jay Inslee, was one of three men charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances and unlawful possession of a firearm in a Seattle federal court on March 26.
