Family seeks public’s help in identifying driver who hit 64-year-old woman crossing the street

The 64-year-old woman was in the crosswalk when an oncoming SUV crashed into her, deputies said.

KENT, Wash. — The King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) revealed new information about the vehicle allegedly involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 64-year-old woman early Sunday near Kent.

According a news release, which shows still photos captured from surveillance cameras, the SUV is a Cadillac Escalade, believed to be between the model years of 2004 and 2007. 

It has a missing or damaged driver’s side mirror, no front license plate and chrome rims, the release said.
