Police said a 20-year-old suspect was seen inside the new home, which was still under construction, before it went up in flames.
EVERETT, Wash. — A 20-year-old man is facing arson charges after investigators say he intentionally set fire to a new home being built in Everett on Feb. 19.
The man has not yet been formally charged, and despite being in custody, did not appear for a scheduled court appearance on Thursday, Feb. 20.
KING 5 obtained surveillance video from by a nearby business showing a man inside the house in the 1900 block of Lombard Avenue just before 1 a.m.
