BURIEN, Wash. — An elderly woman was shot and killed at a home in Burien overnight, the King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) confirmed to KING 5.
KCSO initially reported that deputies responded to a home in the 1000 block of South 130th Place for reports of a shooting. One person, later reported to be a woman in her 80s, was shot.
Numerous evidence markers could be seen on the ground, indicating that the shooting could have come from outside the home. KCSO has not confirmed that, however.
