Police said they were trying to arrest Avon A. Cobb, 51, for an armed domestic violence assault Tuesday when he ran into a building that caught fire.
AUBURN, Wash. — A 51-year-old Kent man presumed dead after fleeing from police to his Auburn workplace, where a fire broke out Tuesday, is believed to be alive and on the run from law enforcement.
The Kent Police Department (KPD) said officers attempted to arrest Avon A. Cobb, 51, for an armed domestic violence assault around 8 a.m. Tuesday at a Kent apartment.
