SEATTLE — A Seattle Mariners fan decided to go the extra inning and send shortstop J.P. Crawford a surprise after he was tossed from Wednesday’s game.
A high-strike zone call frustrated J.P. Crawford which resulted in the umpire tossing him from the game against the Cleveland Guardians. Manager Scott Servais was also tossed after arguing with the umpire over the call.
Longtime Mariners fan Jonathan Jick was watching the game from home and decided to do something to show support for J.P.
