BONNEY LAKE, Wash. — Two people are dead and another person may be on the run after a confrontation over a stolen trailer ended in Bonney Lake on Sunday.
According to preliminary information from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department, the trailer’s owner chased the alleged thieves. The chase ended in a crash at the intersection of Falling Water Boulevard East and Rhodes Lake Road East.
Two people reportedly ran from the vehicles and there was an exchange of gunfire.
