Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan announced Monday that the City of Seattle will be partnering with LGBTQ+ small businesses and other community organizations to host four Pride vaccine pop-ups on Capitol Hill this week, according to a press release from the mayor’s office.
The first event is scheduled to begin Monday, June 21 at 5 p.m. at Rachel’s Ginger Beer on 12th Avenue. It’s scheduled to end at 8 p.m. Vaccines will be administered by the Seattle Fire Department, and participants may buy any standard drink at Rachel’s for half-price, the release said.
