PORT ORCHARD, Wash — A 17-month-old child has been recovered after being abducted from its mother’s residence in Port Orchard late Sunday night.
An AMBER Alert for the child was issued Monday morning by the Washington State Patrol. The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office said the suspect, who is the child’s father, was taken into custody Monday morning after the child was found.
