SEATTLE — A 3-month-old sloth bear cub named Bowie will make her public debut this weekend at Woodland Park Zoo.
Named for David Bowie, with whom she shares a birthday, January 8, will venture into the outdoor habitat with her mom Kushali.
The timing of their adventure outside will depend on the weather, zoo officials said. It will also be optional for the cub and her mom, so their appearance will be unpredictable, the park said.
