Five people were hospitalized after eating Christmas dinner at Mary Pilgrim Inn in Seattle.
SEATTLE — Public Health – Seattle & King County is investigating after over a dozen people got sick following a Christmas dinner served at an emergency housing shelter in Seattle.
At least 14 people who attended dinners at Mary Pilgrim Inn tested positive for salmonella, the health department said Friday. Additional people who got sick are being tested, although the department hasn’t gotten results back yet.
Five people were hospitalized.
