SEATTLE — The 46-year-old woman accused of kidnapping a toddler from a Seattle daycare faced a judge over the weekend, and prosecutors expect to receive a case referral for charges this week.
Meanwhile at Mars Early Learning Academy in Seattle’s Rainier Beach on Monday, it was business as usual, even though days earlier a toddler was kidnapped from the daycare, leaving a screaming mother “incredibly distraught,” according to investigators.
