It’s Seattle’s biggest new lease since before the pandemic.
SEATTLE — Tech giant Apple signed a new lease for office space in South Lake Union, marking the largest office deal in Seattle since before the pandemic.
Apple will take over 192,703 square feet at Arbor Blocks West, which was previously used by tech rival Meta, according to a quarterly Colliers report published Jan. 3. The office space is located at 333 Eighth Ave. North, which is a block away from Apple’s current corporate offices in Seattle.
It’s Seattle’s largest new lease since 2019 when Qualtrics signed a 275,000-square-foot lease in downtown Seattle.
