SEATTLE — Pending city approval, a bar owner on historic Ballard Avenue plans to transform her business into an “adult cabaret,” which would possibly feature nudity. It’s an idea that is sparking controversy in the Seattle neighborhood.
Even though Roam Bar only opened this fall on 5105 Ballard Ave. NW, its latest idea is making a splash. As the city of Seattle reviews Roam Bar’s application, Nearly 250 people have signed an online petition to stop the transformation of the establishment.
