SEATTLE — The former site of Ballard Blossom may become home to a new eight-story apartment building.
Plans submitted by Holland Partner Group show the building would include 250 apartment units and ground level retail.
The site includes other businesses, including Cookie’s Country Chicken and Sip & Ship, according to a draft of the building’s design submitted in November. The buildings housing those businesses would be demolished.
