The afternoon earthquake comes just hours after another struck in Bremerton early Thursday morning.
KING COUNTY, Wash. — A second earthquake of at least 2.5 magnitude in 12 hours struck Thursday afternoon in western Washington.
The 3.2 magnitude earthquake was recorded about 4.5 miles northeast of Fall City in east King County. This earthquake comes just hours after a 2.8 magnitude struck in Bremerton early on Thursday morning.
The initial shake map from the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network (PNSN) shows that the afternoon seismic activity likely could be felt as far as Renton and Gold Bar.
