SEATTLE — Two more Seattle police officers have sued the department, alleging discrimination.
Officers Corey Foy and Michael Griffin filed the lawsuit April 16 in King County Superior Court alleging racism, retaliation and misconduct. Both Foy and Griffin are Black.
Griffin, who has been with the department for more than 30 years, and Foy, who has been with the department for years, said they face discrimination on a daily basis, which takes a toll on their mental and physical wellbeing.
