FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — A 17-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday related to a shooting that killed a 2-year-old child in Federal Way earlier this year.
The suspect was identified as a family member of the victim, named Jayson Jack. He has been charged with one count of first-degree murder and two counts of attempted murder. Prosecutors requested he be kept in detention on $3 million bail. KING 5 typically does not name juvenile suspects, but is doing so in this case because he has been charged as an adult.
