16-year-old among two facing murder charges in fatal shooting at Seattle park

Prosecutors say after the intial shooting and robbery, one of the suspects returned to the scene and shot the victim four more times.

SEATTLE — A Seattle man and a 16-year-old have been charged with murder in a fatal shooting at Baker Park in late January.

Edward Lammon, 64, was shot 7 times and had his backpack stolen from him in the early morning hours of January 26. In early March, Jamier Johnson and Ryab Chau Lien were charged with murder, robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm. Chau Lien was charged as an adult.
