SEATTLE — Police are trying to determine if a teen they arrested was driving the car that hit three people in a crosswalk Friday afternoon.
The Seattle Police Department said a white Kia maneuvered around a King Country Metro bus and appeared to accelerate before striking the pedestrians in a crosswalk at 15th Avenue NE and NE 47th Street.
Officers arrested a 15-year-old, who was seen earlier driving a stolen Kia which almost hit another pedestrian. Police are searching for a second suspect in the hit-and-run.
