LYNNWOOD, Wash. — A teenage boy is dead, and another teen is injured following a shooting on New Year’s Eve in Lynnwood. Police are actively searching for the suspect or suspects involved in the incident, which unfolded at an apartment complex near 196th Street Southwest and 68th Avenue West around 8:15 p.m.
