KIRKLAND, Wash. — Fourteen people have been displaced after a driver crashed into an apartment building in Kirkland on Wednesday night.
The exterior and the staircase of the building were both damaged.
The Kirkland Fire Department had to help residents get down from the second floor because of the damage to the staircase.
There has been no word on if the suspect has been arrested or details about what happened before the crash.
