TUKWILA, Wash. — One person was killed Wednesday night in a hit-and-run in Tukwila.
Just after 11 p.m., police were called to a report that a driver struck a pedestrian on the 14100 block of Tukwila International Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found one person dead in the roadway.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene.
Following an initial investigation, detectives used the FLOCK automated license plate readers to identify the car involved in the collision. Officers found the car and the suspect shortly after.
