The “When Calls the Heart” family is growing. Trevor Donovan has joined the spinoff, “When Hope Calls,” at Great American Family.
Donovan will star as Constable Jim Reynolds, an experienced Mountie based in Clearwater. Per Great American Media, Reynolds is “a strapping man, proficient in horse riding and physical pursuits” and “is known for his strong presence and skills in the field.”
He will first appear in the third episode of Season 2, when Michael and Nora arrive to pick up a child under he’s caring for. He will then return for a second episode later
