Ludwig Göransson‘s original soundtrack for “Sinners,” Ryan Coogler’s latest film, will feature collaborations with artists like Brittany Howard, Rod Wave, Raphael Saadiq, James Blake, Cedric Burnside, Rhiannon Giddens and Lola Kirke.
The soundtrack, along with Göransson’s original score, will be released by Sony Classical and Sony Masterworks April 18.
The highly-anticipated horror thriller is based on an original script by Coogler, with the project set in the 1930s Jim Crow era-South with Michael B. Jordan playing twin brothers.
Göransson executive-produced the soundtrack with Serena Göransson and Coogler. The lead single by Wave called “Sinners” has already been released, along with a music video.
