Ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer was sued for wrongful death Wednesday for allegedly running over and killing a pedestrian in Alhambra, Calif., near Los Angeles.
According to the lawsuit, which was accompanied by video and still photography of the accident from the suing attorneys, on March 18 of this year Klinghoffer was allegedly on his phone while making a left turn and striking Israel Sanchez, 47, causing blunt-force trauma to the head.
