Justin Kurzel’s “The Narrow Road to the Deep North,” the lushly lensed prestige series starring Jacob Elordi as an Australian war hero, has been licensed by Sony Pictures Television to Prime Video in the U.S.
Prime Video already had the series in a number of territories and will premiere it on April 18 in the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Based on the Booker Prize-winning novel by Richard Flanagan, the Australian drama series was written by Shaun Grant (“Nitram,” “Mindhunter”).
