‘Good Omens’ Final Season Suspends Production Following Neil Gaiman Assault Allegations

Prime Video has halted production on the final season of “Good Omens.” The decision comes two months after series creator and showrunner Neil Gaiman was accused of sexual assault by several women.

The series, which stars Michael Sheen and David Tennant as a BFF angel-and-demon duo, was preparing to shoot in Scotland before the streamer elected to pause the production to consider changes. Amazon declined to comment.

Adapted from the 1990 novel that Gaiman co-authored with Terry Pratchett, “Good Omens” is the latest Gaiman adaptation to lose momentum as the author faces allegations of sexual assault.
