Highlander Partners buys Poland’s ProService Agent

Highlander Partners, a North Texas private equity firm, acquired Poland’s ProService Agent Transferowy sp. z o. o., which helps investment and pension funds maintain shareholder records. Terms weren’t disclosed for the deal between Highlander and the seller, Skarbiec Holding sp. z o.o., a portfolio company of the private equity firm Enterprise Investors.
