Former Cincinnati savings and loan employee pleads guilty to embezzlement

A former Cincinnati savings and loan employee has pleaded guilty to embezzling $215,000. Rebecca Bingham, who was senior accountant at Cincinnatus Savings and Loan Co., admitted Wednesday in U.S. District Court to theft of the money from her employer while she worked there, from 2004 to 2014.
