Federated Investors Inc. co-founder John F. Donahue died Thursday at age 92. Donahue founded the investment management company in 1955, after leaving the U.S. Air Force, with two friends from high school and grew the Pittsburgh-based company since then to what it is today, one of the nation’s biggest investment managers with $361.7 billion in assets.
